December 22nd, wear your comfiest holiday pjs and get ready to snuggle down for an hour of Restorative Yoga!
*this is a regularly scheduled class, no additional payment needed :)


This month I'm bringing the relaxation right to you! Beginning Monday, December 8th, and continuing until the end of the month, I'll be leading FREE desk yoga classes on Zoom, every Monday and Friday at 12pm noon.
Each class will be 35 minutes, and can be done right at your desk or while seated in any comfortable chair. This will give you a chance to pause and reset midday, and work out any stress that's made its home in your body.

These classes are free to join! This time of year, and this year especially, is quite stressful... finding a little peace shouldn't be.
