FLEXI STRENGTH 

STRENGTH + STRETCH CONDITIONING 

A class for anyone who is seeking to develop strength, coordination, and flexibility.  More than just an exercise class, this hour long practice brings together body awareness, breathing exercises, and plenty of movement to get the heart pumping. We’ll use yoga props alongside  body-weight and mobility exercises to stretch and strengthen your body without pounding your joints. Let's get you feeling all those muscles you didn't even know you had!


What to expect?

  • Isometric strength & stretching
  • Dynamic strength training
  • Movement to improve postural alignment
  • Exercises targeting mobility of hips, shoulders, and spine
  • Zero judgment
  • Modifications for all levels


Try this class if you're looking to:

  • Strengthen stabilizer muscles to make your everyday movement (and other forms of exercise) safer and more effective. 
  • Switch up the type of exercise your body is used to. Training our bodies in a variety of ways allows us to be more adaptable to different kinds of movement on and off the mat.
  • Tone and strengthen without high-impact cardio
